You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

✨ Condition Requirements

Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective items. Customer covers return shipping for change of mind.

How to Return an Item

Email us at wesley@coursecollectives.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns) along with return instructions.

Package Your Item

Carefully package the item in its original packaging or similar protective material.

Ship the Return

Drop off your package at any Canada Post location or schedule a pickup if available in your area.

Exchanges

🔄 Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or design:

  1. Follow the return process above, indicating you want an exchange
  2. Place a new order for your desired item
  3. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original purchase
  4. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. Popular items may sell out, so we recommend placing your new order quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items

📸 Reporting Damage

Please email us photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery for fastest processing.

Refund Processing

  • Credit Card: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or our error.

International Returns

For international orders (when available), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or our error. Please contact us before returning international orders.
