Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn't entered production. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Yes! We offer discounts for orders of 3 or more prints. Contact us for custom pricing on larger orders or corporate purchases.

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within Canada. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is also available. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days.

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We're working on expanding to the United States and will update our customers when international shipping becomes available.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $12.99 CAD. Express shipping is $24.99 CAD regardless of order amount.

All prints are carefully packaged in rigid mailers or tubes to prevent bending. Larger prints may be rolled in tubes, while smaller prints are sent flat in protective mailers.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress through Canada Post.

We use premium heavyweight, archival-quality paper that's acid-free and designed to last for decades without fading or yellowing.

We use giclée printing, which is a museum-quality printing process that produces exceptional color accuracy and detail. Our prints use UV-resistant inks for longevity.

We strive for color accuracy, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. Our prints are professionally color-corrected for the best possible reproduction.

Yes! We can create custom sizes for most of our golf course prints. Minimum size is 5" × 7" and maximum is 40" × 60". Contact us for pricing and availability.

We're always adding new courses to our collection. If you have a specific course in mind, please contact us and we'll consider it for future releases.

We offer three options: print only, matted print, or ready-to-hang framed prints. You can choose your preference when ordering.

For framed prints, we offer classic black or white frames in various widths. Matted prints come with white or cream matting.

Absolutely! Many customers prefer to choose their own frames. Our prints are sized to fit standard frame sizes available at most frame shops.

For optimal viewing, hang prints at eye level (57-60 inches from floor to center of artwork). Leave 6-8 inches between furniture and the bottom of the frame.

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Custom orders and personalized prints cannot be returned unless defective.

Contact us at wesley@coursecollectives.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your return. It may take 3-7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method.
